SHIPPING
Our shipping policy is simple,we ship all orders priority mail, any order over $75.00 is free, all orders under $75.00 are charged a flat rate of $6.00. If you have a need to have something shipped express or overnight mail, please contact us and we will be glad to give you the additional charge. Please advise in the comment section when checking out that you have requested overnight shipping. Once we recieve your order we will charge you the additional amount and expidiate your shipping process. Overnight shipping orders must be received by 12:00pm (noon) in order for us to get it shipped the same day. Any overnight orders received after 12:00 (noon) will be shipped the following morning.
RETURN POLICY
We hope that you like everything that you purchase from Huggable Monkeys, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We will be glad to refund or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Any returns after 30 days will be issued store credit only and have a restocking fee of 15%. All returns must be returned unused and unwashed in original condition with tags still attached for a complete refund (shipping is not refunded). Please contact us before returning items, any items returned without our prior knowledge will be refused. On exchanges please simply order the items of choice, it will be treated as a new order and we will refund your account minus the original shipping charge as soon as we receive the returned item.
PLEASE NOTE - Items that are being exchanged or returned will be charged shipping on the returned items. Example: An item returned will be refunded price paid minus shipping charge for that item. We know free shipping is a wonderful incentive when shopping online, and we are proud to offer it on all qualifying orders. In order to continue this, we must charge shipping on all returned items this includes free shipping purchases. Shipping will only be charged on the items returned not the entire purchase.
All refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item in original condition. Please be sure to return items in a method that allows you to track your package (UPS, Fed Ex or Delivery Confirmation) and we would also recommend insuring packages as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
